What you pay us for is the part that takes the time: writing ideas that fit your brand, making several takes, catching mistakes, fixing what looks off and keeping up as the tools change. You get finished videos you approve, without spending your week learning prompts.
What counts as one video?
One finished, captioned short video that is ready to post. When we make several takes of the same idea so you can pick the best, that still counts as one.
How fast do videos arrive?
New videos land in your Studio through the month, usually within 3 to 5 business days of an idea. Flagship gets 48-hour turnaround.
What if we do not like a video?
Rate it and leave a note in the Studio. We remake it up to 2 times at no cost, and the Studio learns from what your team picks.
Can we use the videos for ads?
Yes, on your own channels and paid ads. Every video uses original or licensed music, and real people only appear with their permission.
Do unused videos roll over?
Up to one month's worth rolls into the next month, so a slow month is not wasted.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel any month. Yearly plans are paid up front and include 2 free months.
